Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made and held exclusively for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a late cancellation fee of $100. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Our consulting rates vary based on the scope and nature of the project. Similarly, rates for speaking engagements, conferences, workshops, and community events depend on the event’s length, location, and specific requirements. Please reach out for more information
Please note: Rates + fees for immigration evaluations and clinical supervision are listed separately. You can find more information on our Immigration Evaluations and Clinical Supervision pages.
Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Credit Cards, HSA, and FSA.
Insurance
Embracing Wellness is currently in-network with Aetna, CareFirst BCBS, Optum Plans, and United Healthcare. Your coverage may vary by your state of residence. We do not accept Medicaid at this time.
Out-of-Network
We are considered out-of-network with any insurance providers other than the ones listed above. If we are not in network with your insurance provider, you will pay the full fee at the time of service and we will provide you with a superbill (detailed invoice) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Here are a few helpful tips for navigating insurance.
Self-Pay
Some people choose to pay for therapy out-of-pocket as a way to secure privacy and increase independence and flexibility in care. When using insurance to pay for therapy, a diagnosis is required in order to bill insurance. This includes individuals seeking therapy for life transitions, stress, or personal growth who may not necessarily have a diagnosable condition.
Vouchers
We accept vouchers from the Loveland Foundation, Mental Health Liberation Fund, and the NQTTCN.
